I have ordered in person and through Uber Eats many times. Today is the first time I really had to deal with their customer service. They are petty and cheap, tried to cheat me out of what I paid for because they ran out of 2 liters, and held my food hostage for over 10 minutes while contacting Uber Eats support.

I paid approx. $7 for a fish sandwich and got exactly what I paid for… A proper fish sandwhich. Conch City and Red Chilli Cafe slighted me on their sandwiches. Which is why I dond got ro those businesses anymore.
