It all started in the year of 1997 when Efrain Brambila Sr and his wife Anastasia Brambila decided to open their first Taco Truck located at the Westwood Mall parking lot. Always striving to make the food as authentic and good as possible. With big dreams ahead of them, it was time for the next step, a very much requested restaurant. With the help of their kids, Efrain Ir. Daniel & Germani Brambila, t y opened their first restaur in 2001. Located at 123 Jefferson Ave. Time passed., family grew, and it familestaurant was time to open a 2nd restaurant. In September of 2009 El Herradero Restaurant opened it’s doors at 445 North Arthur in Old town. Now El Herradero has 2 restaurants and 2 Taco Truck in Pocatello for your convenience.

I order through Door Dash and the food arrived cold. There was no flavor. The jalapeño peppers and carrots looked old and unappealing. Where was the spice? Apparently not in this dish. So sad . This place used to real good.

Came here on a whim and it was great! The guy taking orders, running them, and cleaning, and checking on tables, he was doing it all, was so nice. I got the nachos with chicken. They usually come with onions and jalapeños and I got avocado and sour cream instead. They were great and the chips, green salsa, and refried beans they came with were great too. With tip the meal came out to about $13. Easy parking.

My wife and I each had a burrito. It was inexpensive and a lot of beans and rice wrapped in a flour tortilla. Chips were good and Salsa good, not great. We prefer unique dishes with fresh flavors for more money.

The chips with verde and beans before even ordering were delicious. The taco plate was great, the rice was kinda bland but mixing it together with the refried beans brought out the best of both. The meat quesadilla fantastic, and much larger than expected.
