This was the best dunks I’ve ever been too – everyone working was so nice. The guy taking the order with a beard was so sweet and then the girl who gave us the food gave me dogs some bacon. They also wrote on our cups “Have a good day” and they were so patient with our order. I really appreciate the kind people there.

.ANYONE TELLING YOU HOW GREAT THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE, ARE EITHER LYING, THEYRE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES, OR ONE OF THE 3,4 REGULARS THEY ACTUALLY BOTHER TO SERVICE PROPERLY This location is HORRIBLE for service. 25 mins for one coffee,is TYPICAL, not “a bad day”. Theyre constantly rude, constantly have more employees behind the counter that arent doing a thing, than any other dunkins, they refuse to sevice walk ins until they “feel like it”( actual direct quote from one gir)l…and they act like they DESERVE your change every time. Id rather give my change to a homeless person than give it to one of these employees. And to top it off, after 25 mins for one coffee made wrong, 2 MORE employees walked in…..how many do they need to mess up an order or stand around, at one location? Ive seen stores with 2 workers operate more efficiently. These ppl dont need raises, they need to start showing they cam even handle the job they were hired to do in the first place!!

Everytime I go, I expect good service & they always prove me wrong. I don’t know why I bother going there…Everytime I order something to eat, they either make it wrong or it’s cold. If I order a drink, it’s the same way…They used to be a great Dunkin & for the past couple of months maybe longer, they have sucked!

Very slow service and also gave me a drink that flavor that I did not choose. I didn’t bite into my donuts but when I got home it turns out they got it wrong also. I ordered the lemon filled donuts but they just threw random ones in there. They weren’t even busy so I don’t understand how they could be this horrible.

I hate to sound like a Karen and complain. I have worked in the food industry before and I know the stress it can have on people but this is just awful. Everytime I go to this Dunkin I most of the time get my order wrong…it’s extremely annoying…I asked for vanilla creme and I got lemon….

Because I reached out to call this Dunkin’ Donuts location phone number said voice said number no longer in service this is why I’m writing this review this is the second time I visit this location since Location open my first bad experience and I let it go was the drive-through young lady talking to the gentleman which would be the customer flirting talking laughing giggling beep the horn she waved her finger to wait now I go in an order a Culotta and a wrap the girl asks in the drive-through for another dollar I reach to give that to her and she’s taking another order I weighed it and she still didn’t attend I’d beat the horn finally she looks at me takes my money does not give me my wrap I don’t realize this until I’m already gone I am very disappointed because this is the Dunkin’ Donuts closest to my route to work and apparently I cannot depend on it service needs to be retrained at the window maybe I should try coming in instead but it’s about the convenience for the customer not the convenience of the employee they already at work we are on our way to work I used to be a manager at Dunkins and this upsets me to see that it’s going on. Hopefully someone in the higher decision or in the office as I believe they see these reviews and they could change things and retrain these girls.

Got there at 6 pm tonight and was told they were closing soon and only had hot or iced coffee. When in-fact they didn’t close for an hour. Laziness is on a all time high. Fire them if they don’t want to work!
