I have been to this restaurant many times in the 8 years I have lived in Middletown- alone and in groups- last night 6/1/23 at 6pm was the first time I had bad service. I sat down at an out door large table where a family was sitting. No one took my order. Figuring they were busy, I went and told a female server I was ready to order. She said she would send a server over. Two more groups came into the restaurant and were seated and still no server came over to me. I got up to leave and one server finally came over and was super polite. She also apologized for no server coming to take my order. More like her own please. Every customer contributes to the business- train your servers better to serve everyone not just the ones that they think will get them the most tip money.

My family travels in a pack. When we come here we are seated right away and are treated great. Seems to be the same blonde girl that takes care of us. Sorry that I cant remember her name but she brings us back everytime. She handles the chaos that a large family has to offer with ease. Food is amazing and drinks are perfect. Keep up the good work. Just by walking in, you already know you’re gonna have a good time. It’s a really nice place. Definitely recommend bringing your friends,family or your couple for a nice time and a good meal. The staff was also really nice and so was the food. I definitely will be back to his place. Thanks!

I had an amazing time at Pizza E Birra . Not only the food was Great but the Staff was fantastic !!! This is a Most go place when visiting Middletown. It has outdoors sitting and is perfect for the entire family.

Our waitress was very nice. I ordered birra tacos and my daughter ordered French onion soup. The soup had so much oil on top of the cheese and it did not have any flavor. After two spoonfuls, my daughter told the waitress she did not like it, and she apologized but put it on the bill anyway! As for my “birra” tacos, they were not birra at all! Very disappointing experience here and will most definitely not be back! In my opinion, it was not worth it.

I visited Pizza E Birra Saturday midday and this place was great. The the employees, the food, the drinks and just the atmosphere was great. Nice outdoor sitting and also had live music. The burger I had was of the chain and the breakfast pizza my friend had was also great. Next time I’m in Middletown, I’m going back to this place.

Excellent food ..I had the nachos and buffalo chicken pizza ….the nachos were so loaded with topings that I ran out of chips before I ran out of topping …to me that’s perfection. And the pizza was the perfect blend of flavor and spice with what seemed to me to be real mozzarella cheese. The bartender was a friendly conversationalist that became part of our crew without neglecting her responsibilities …never had to look for a refill or any type of service.
