They seem so confused all the time though there were only two customers inside and nobody on the drive through. One time, fries was missing, then mashed potato without gravy then I requested for chicken wings but there was no wings when I got home. There is always something missing or wrong with their service.

This KFC is consistently good. Once we find what we like, we typically turn it into a go-to order and order it every time we go. The food and the service at this KFC is consistent. The chicken is cooked through and the recipe both original and crispy is delicious. The service is patient and upbeat. I most definitely recommend this place for a quick bite of chicken.

I tried to order food from KFC today and as I was putting in my order of a number 11 the drive through worker interrupted me mid request to ask what kind of drink I want. I told her and the tried to go back to the order to ask for no pickles. She again interrupted and said the number 11 with a Sierra Mist. I asked her if I could talk in order to put in my request and she replied yes. I started to talk again and she again interrupted with an annoying uh-huh. There was no one behind me and no one inside. I can’t figure out for the life of me why someone has to be so rude and impatient.

Colonel Sanders must be turning over in his grave!!!!! Purchased 3 piece white meat original recipe meal which was inedible Whoever cuts their chicken up is obviously not a butcher the pieces are barely recognizable, the wing meat was all dark from blood from the bones which were broken. And all of the meat was so dry it was like splintered wood. The biscuit was hard as a rock, the corn was soft & flavorless. What a shame how low the standards of quality have gotten.
