Service here is exceptional. When my taco bell app failed to function properly for the reward I was supposed to get the attendant used her personal app to get that reward for me even though it cost her personally. That was absolutely shocking and unusual. What amazing service!

It’s a standard taco bell. They do great at order accuracy. They get through their line fast. Do expect if you have a large order to be parked(possibly. But they do have drive thru times to meet, so this is understandable) All in all a solid taco bell. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Took 26 minutes to get food. Thanks to kiosk era, had to wait 10 full minutes for a couple occupying both (only 2) kiosks to order while workers at the counter looked. Then 15 for the food while 2 guys inside and a dozen cars got served. Finally asked where the food was cause it seemed my order got skipped. Guy was confused how to prepare a Crunchwrap and asked a goofy question. Every time I order value burritos at this location they have a massive amount of cheese or beans with NO rice..it’s getting old and the web site doesn’t even work to complain.

Staff needs better training for customer service. Most importantly if you want a return in a client so sad tried to dine in and I know they could take the time to help you at the kiosk but no and kinda rude so I went thur the drive thur I won’t be back at that location what a shame please hire people that like what they do and not just for a paycheck

Stopped in for lunch I get a thirty minute lunch ordered a number two they made me a number one then they remade it and didn’t put any sour cream on the tacos it’s three soft taco supremes pure stupidity I will never eat here again and recommend all others to go somewhere else

I have been to this toco bell before and every time they get our order wrong and food is not given to us the person taking our order does not speak English very well and it always comes out wrong one time we ordered nacho tocos they gave us a little cup of nachos cheese I went in and the employee that took my order didn’t understand what we wanted and the box’s of tacos were regular tacos not nacho tacos so I told the manager I wanted my money back he didn’t fix it and the employee kept on arguing we were wrong and she was right I told the manager she needs to walk away I understand what she was saying not a good toco bell will not go there again

All time worst Taco Bell ever. Took ten minutes to get cold food. Also customer service is seriously lacking. My soft taco tortillas were hard and old also the lettuce and tomato wasn’t fresh.
