Served dried and burned left over fries. Place is infested with flies all over and i even took photos(photos below) even after i moved to another table. While at table, asked an employee to put a little volume on their tv as i saw a catching news..she quickly said “no, we dont put sound”.. i said, but sometimes theres sound..and when i told her about the dried fries, she just walked away. Few minutes later a seemed to be manager, an african american lady(no nametag) just opened the door and stood there(didnt even come to my table)..i told her about the fries and request for the tv sound..Well, she snapped at me like im her little child yelling from accross the floor..

Today was one of the worst experiences that I have had in the Burger King. The restaurant was filthy the bathroom was also filthy. The girl at the counter I had to repeat myself several times to her. And they still got my order wrong. When I returned it to get it right it was given back to me again wrong. The service was rude. They also forgot to give me my drink and I had to ask for that a couple of times. And bottom line they started giving me an attitude because they weren’t doing their job right. The girls were playing in the back talking on their phones just gossiping whatever they were doing. Too many staff scheduled with Idle Hands. Most of the food that I had gotten was thrown in the trash so we never got to consume it. I would not recommend going to this Burger King for anyone.

Little did I know, this place is just filthy, EVERYWHERE. I should’ve checked the comments before coming here, but I was in a hurry. The food, crappy. Service, efficient because there wasn’t many people. First and last time I come here. Goodbye, I hope this place gets better with time for the sake of future customers.
