Great Mom and Pop diner in Belen. Temperature of restaurant is perfect. Simple but sweet all the way around.Kind and attentive service. Food was excellent as was the price. Highly recommend if in town.

Longbow is a great locally owned and operated diner. The staff is wonderful. The owner is amazing. The food is fantastic. Burgers are huge. Enchiladas have a great flavor. I always ask for the shredded beef because it tastes amazing! Don’t forget to get the peach cobbler…OMG…. So good. Best part? Veteran owned and operated as well. Show the love and support not only local….but a local Vet.

Where are these 5 star reviews coming from? Just saying. But my experience, Yuk!! That’s all I have to say… Got a cheeseburger and fries, I wish I had taken a picture of it, you should have seen the lettuce, it was the lettuce we have all left behind in the fridge that needed to be thrown out, because it was soggy and past its prime, that was the lettuce served to me, the waitress asked how I wanted my burger cooked, so I asked for my burger to be cooked medium rare, it wasn’t, not sure why they ask that question when they don’t make it the way I requested, my friend’s burger was also the same, the atmosphere, ugh! flies everywhere, the service, ugh! I swear it wasn’t that busy, but our waitress, a blonde girl, I don’t think she’s ever done customer service before, I also had coffee, not once did our waitress come by and ask me if I wanted a refill, as a matter of fact, she was behind the counter eating! I get it, you’re hungry, but you have to wait to eat until all of your customers are happy. Staring down a dirty hallway of workers back and forth, ugh! I’d say put a curtain up or something to hide the dirty hallway. But it’s the only place in Rio Communities to eat, we’re desperate! Too bad. But we won’t be back again. And I live in Rio Communities, brought my friend because he wanted to try it, I had tried it already, but what could I say if he wanted to try it? He had to find out for himself. He wasn’t impressed either. Hate to say “I told you so”. No more. We’ll drive to Los Lunas or Albuquerque.

Party of three. Went around 130/2 pm the waitress took our order of a Frito pie,bowl of green Chile stew and a Ruben no fries substitute with a salad. Waited 45 mins and was told it’d be another 10. We asked for the salad and overheard the cook stating he did not want to start the order. We asked to just pay for our drinks and leave and heard the cook telling the waitress o good now I don’t have to do anything. I didn’t think it was a difficult order. I took my family here because I heard great things but our experiences were not good. I would advise the cook to do what you’re supposed to do. People go in for the very reason he’s there. So disappointed as it’s close to home and would have been a repeat customer.

Love love love!!! It’s right around the corner from my place and I had never known! I’m new to New Mexico and it’s hard to find flavorful food that I enjoy… But longbow is AMAZING!!! The food is SOOO DELICIOUS and the service is great! It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere… good job Longbow!!

I wish I had not waited so long to try this place out. The service was friendly and kind. The food was delicious. I had a chicken fried steak, my mom a Belgium waffle, and my son had enchiladas. ALL were delicious!
