This pizza hands down was one of the worst pizzas i ever had. I live very close to this establishment and delivery took an hour. It smelled good when the driver handed me the pizza (without my drink that i ordered) and i went and opened the box. When i opened it, the pizza was hunched over and didn’t fit i. the box. it wasn’t cut, had almost no sauce if any. and had too much grease. I took a bite and it was a little bland and it did not taste to my liking. The driver then came back with my drink (which i mentioned up there) and it was the wrong drink which i had not ordered. had high hopes for this place but it did not meet my expectations. I hope this will help improve this restaurants recipe and hopefully they make it better for their other customers. (I’m not coming back.)

New owner is super nice and very likeable. Tried the food for the first time today. Amazing!! Grandma’s pizza was the best I have ever had. My wife got a cheesesteak and loved it. He seems to take a lot of pride in making his food. He is a first time owner. Please help this man be successful for his family. We need more place like this that take pride in what they do!

We ordered online and it was taking a long time. I called and found out that they never got our order because their system was down. They took my order over the phone and got it right out within 25 minutes, just like he said. The food was hot and delicious. He did not charge us and threw in dessert, which was also delicious. Prices are good. Will be back

I tried Medford Pizza and Pasta for the first time this week and picked up the Upside Down Pizza. I cannot speak for delivery service but the pizza was fantastic. For any native Philadelphians familiar with places such as Tony’s Place originally in Mayfair and now in Ivyland, Vince’s, Charlies, Merc Brothers, etc….You should absolutely love this Upside Down pizza.

i recently ordered a large pizza last night, i just have to say the service is absolutely terrible, the amount of disrespect the delivery driver gave to me was outrageous . The pizza was ice cold and the wings were almost frozen, i asked for a sprite and when i opened it , the bottle was already shaked and it exploded in my hand. Terrible service over the phone as well, had me on hold for 30 minutes and it took the delivery driver almost an hour and a half to get to my house , i highly do not recommend this place.

Never even got past the person taking the order. I could barely understand her, talked so quietly, and when I asked what sizes the small and large sandwiches she goes, “I don’t know sir it’s small and large” with a strange tone. I was excited to try a new place but couldn’t even get an order in. Do better.

Delivery was about an hour, which isn’t a big deal. Got a pizza and cheesesteak. The cheesesteak wasn’t too bad, but the pizza was horrible. Wish they hadn’t taken over the previous La Dolce Vita location. That place was great. This one seems like a hit or miss based on previous reviews as well.
