First time at Vito’s and really enjoyed the atmosphere, pizza and garlic knots. So good. About the closest to pizza in Manhattan New York that I’ve had since recently moving to Jacksonville Florida from Cincinnati Ohio. Highly recommended! Really good place!

I haven’t been here in a while, but my husband and I used to stop by for a slice of pizza fairly often. There is always a slice generous enough to feed two people. I immediately noticed that the booths look updated and the people are still so very welcoming. I dined in with my mother and the service is fantastic, so attentive and helpful when ordering. The slices are still huge and delicious, we took a slice home for my 91 year old dad. He has not wanted pizza in a long time. He absolutely loved it and ate the whole thing and kept thanking us for bringing it to him. My mother enjoyed her pasta/shrimp dish and I loved the eggplant parmigiana and penne smothered in a delightful red sauce. The portions were so large we have plenty for at least one more meal. My mother kept saying how glad she was that I suggested lunch there, we will all be back soon! Thank you for your Italian hospitality, it reminded me of when we lived in Europe and our favorite country there. The people always make delicious food even better!!!

The wings are terrible and the pizza really just is not great. BUT the oven IS great and leaves a beautiful char on the bottom of the crust that really does remind me of pizza in Brooklyn. like wow if this place used high quality ingredients it could really be homerun!! two stars instead of 1 because they were showing the 2021 Monaco Gran Prix!!

We tried Vito’s tonight and really enjoyed it. They look unassuming from the front but once inside you are transported to NYC. The staff who were speaking Italian while massaging the dough are the real deal Sicilians and the food shows it. The menu is vast with apps, Subs, calzones, Stromboli, pizza and pastas.

We lived in Jacksonville for a short amount of time and my husband found this amazing restaurant on one of his lunch breaks during flight school. The owners were always so kind to us and made the most delicious food. This is the one restaurant we miss the most after moving back home. We ALWAYS have to make a stop if we are traveling through (which we did yesterday and it was amazing as always). It is THE BEST pizza we have ever had!

Decided to try them the other day and was not impressed. First of all it was unpleasantly hot inside. The pizza has a good crispy crust and the right amount of sauce and toppings. The sad thing is it was very bland! The sauce is bland and made everything lackluster at best. The appitizer was over cooked and taste like it was frozen before hand. We could tell one topping was from can which mad it off as well. Our kid loves ranch on crust and theirs is an off brand based pack our kid even thought was nasty. We love mom and pop places but sadly this one misses the mark.
