Quaint and charming. Cozy and chill ambiance. One qualm is the playlist repeated itself during the course of our meal. Caesar salad was awesome and lived up to the hype-personally I enjoyed the light hand and more airy dressing. Pizza was slightly flimsy but the stuff (cheese prosciutto, arugula honey) on it was great. Burrata was colder than you’d expect but creamy and everything you’d want. My fav was the spaghetti sea food special w the yum yum yummiest octo bits inside! Cacio e pepe was very rich and flavorful. Sometimes you just need a heaping plate of thick cheesy creamy pasta! Dessert: lovely decadent gelato (vanilla hazelnut and cinnamon were just divine) our server was insightful and helpful. We will be back soon!

Cozy place, comfortable seats, and friendly staff. Food was good and prices are fair. Loved the wood fired pizza, tomato sauce needs that extra zing but it could have been that one day’s batch. Will definitely come back.

Apulia is the BEST spot for any occasion – whether a date night or group dinner, they have the best food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend getting the Bolognese or chicken cutlet dish but really cant go wrong with anything. The outdoor backyard area is the cutest too!!

Delicious pizza! We also got the caesar salad which was wonderful but I forgot to get a picture of it. I loved the atmosphere of this place and the service was fantastic. I do not agree with the reviews saying that this place rushes you to finish as we went at peak dinner time and we were not rushed at all.

Apulia is my go to place for authentic Italian with its fresh ingredients and creative dishes. I always recommend the Calamari made with the best quality octopus. The high quality of their food can be seen and tasted every visit. Its a cozy area with great service—They really care for your comfort while dining!

Relatively new to Hoboken and a welcomed addition!! Although the sign on the storefront refers to a “pizza” place, and that’s where they have the most options on the menu, it is so much more. The Italian style gourmet pizza that we had was delicious. It did remind me of the pizza in Italy. Great seafood- prawns, swordfish, salmon and sushi grade tuna antipasti was amazing! The pasta dishes were served “aldente” which is personally how I love pasta. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good espresso is a must and I wasn’t disappointed. Great for groups of all kinds and all ages. Indoor and outdoor seating in the front and rear options for sun or shade. Don’t forget to BYOB.
