Service was meh. The guy who makes our food forgot to give it to us. We ordered a 12 piece combo and food items were missing. We asked for ketchup and he gave us ketchup packets that were covered in gooey ketchup. The place could’ve been cleaner. Overall it’s an okay place at best.

Staff is as pleasant as you expect from fast food places. Didn’t have what we wanted available, woman at the window didn’t do a good job of explaining our options, we would have been willing to wait for chicken to be made but it was not really presented as an option. Had us pull forward despite no one being behind us. Waited for our food to be brought out for them to forget our drink, making us waste time to go back in after it. Meanwhile no one else goes through drive thru. Food was OK.

This is the second time in the last 3 months that I’ve gone to this KFC. The last time, I was informed that they lo longer carried wedges, so I ordered fries instead. I never got them, but I didn’t have time to run back up there that night so I didn’t bother with it.
