We normally love papa Murphys. We ordered online an hour ahead of time and when we got there they weren’t ready and we had to wait about a half hour. We took it home cooked it and started eating, they didn’t put bacon or onions like we’d ordered on it and they left out our dipping sauces we paid for! Didn’t realize till after we got home. AND to top it off I found a hair cooked in to my pizza that was definitely not mine because I am redhead…..

These people are amazing,they are friendly, professional, and fast. I never call,just show up,and never have a long wait,regardless of how busy they are. They deliver a quality consistent pizza everytime. We always get the same thing however,their chicken Thai pizza is exceptional.

I’m ecstatic that there is a Papa Murphy’s pizza in our new home town. I placed an order for a customized pizza on the app earlier in the day and scheduled an afternoon pick-up time. I was concerned about how app took the customization and called the store to make sure they understood. They could not see the order yet and told me they would watch for the order and call if they had concerns. When I walked in I gave my name and said I had placed an app order for a customized pizza. The gentleman immediately said, we’ve been watching all day and never got your order from the app. We’ll make it right now. They took my order and the pizza was done almost before I walked away from the register. The gentleman indicated they would be happy to take my orders by phone in future as they’d had issues with app before. Great customer service! I’ll be back for sure. And yes I did go online and sent my concerns to customer service about app issues. I also sent accolades to corporate about the great service at this location. I never heard back from corporate.

LOVE it! It is ALWAYS busy. I usually have to wait for 15-30 minutes for my walk in order to be ready. I consider this as a positive. Staff is always friendly, even when rushing around. Food is always fresh, and prepared with precautions in mind. IE: preppers wear gloves, net, and masks when need be. Hair is up, in net o hat and never in the workers faces. My children enjoy watching their special order pizzas made. Great option for picky kids and busy families
