Your expectations will be exceeded! Don’t be put off by the strip mall location. The owners father calls it a big version of his kitchen at home, and that really comes through with the flavors and quality!!! Much more than just dumplings. Not that you should skip them, because the park and napa dumplings are excellent! Beef with broccoli was also one of the best I have had, seriously, good flavor and tender meat.

Delicious food and large family style portions. Highly suggest the beef in hot chili oil, pork and cabbage dumplings, and scallion pancakes. We came on a weeknight at 6:30pm and got a table without waiting.

We’ve eaten here twice and it’s been delicious. The first time we did take out and the second time, we ate in. We got there at 5:30pm on Friday and there were plenty of seats. It got more crowded as the evening continued. For two adults and one 7-year-old, we ordered three 6-piece orders of dumplings, one order of scallion pancakes, and Di San Xian (stir fry of eggplant, potato, and bell peppers). It was plenty of food for us. The stir-fry was recommended and it was absolutely delicious. We couldn’t stop eating it. The handmade dumplings and scallion pancakes are so satisfying after a long week. Everything came out fresh. It’s a treat to go here and get Chinese food that’s different than the typical Americanized Chinese food (which has its place).

First timer at this dumpling place. I’d have to say their house noodle (combo lo mein) by far is the best i’ve had so far on this trip. Dumplings are pretty good. Their scallion pancake needs a little more salt/seasoning. Other than that a solid joint! Reasonably priced as well.

I enjoyed the food, dumplings, beef fried rice, and sweet and sour soup. I did notice a lot of the menu was crossed off so I’m hoping they’ll introduce those items in the near future. Will definitely be back. Service was fast and friendly

Everything homestyle and made to order. Overall excellent. Come for the dumplings but fo not pass on the noodles and scallion pancake. I’m hoping next time I order some of the crossed out menu items will be available, specially the steam buns. Note: the place is small and sitting is very limited. Order to go and enjoy your bite at nearby El Retiro Park or beach.
