Really enjoyed lunch with the family. Had to wait a bit for service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. They gave you an option to order by scanning vs through an actual person. (We ordered through our server) I ordered the chicken sandwich and OMG so delish. Definitely would recommend.

No discredit to our server! She was excellent! But. We were at our table for 15 minutes before someone bothered to bring menus. 25 min before someone got our drink order. Our server saw that nobody was talking care of us. She apologized and did a great job. B-Dubs sucks. The food is mediocre at best. But our server was great.

On February 14, 2023, I placed an order that was to be delivered at approximately 7:45 pm, for a total of $47.30, which included the delivery fee, service fee, and delivery tip. At 8:01 pm, I received an e-mail notifying me that my order had been cancelled, and that I should “contact the Sports Bar as soon as possible in order to discuss a refund or to pick up the order instead.” When I called, they had no explanation for the cancellation, but said they would refund me and that I could place the order again. I placed the order again over the phone to go pick it up myself. The order I placed again was for $35.71. The amount was less than the initial order because I went to pick up this order myself, so it did not include the delivery fee, service fee, or tip. The next day, I contacted support using the form on the website, and never heard from them. Today, while disputing a recent charge for an identical issue with this location, I happened to check my account and noticed they never refunded me for this order that they cancelled without explanation.

I had a terrible experience there. We received an entire order for 4 people that was horrible. Out of the four 2 we’re absolutely no good whatsoevlr. I will say the manager made it partially correct in the end. The second time we got food it was still over cooked as far as a burger goes. She only let us have some of the food that was ruined replaced. I suggest if you want a good meal don’t go there. The worst thing that happened was the manager made it sound like I was lying. I took pictures for her. The really dark picture was supposed to have been the burger and the burnt bun. The burger wasn’t fit for human consumption or an animal.

They have a great lunch menu and always have great service unless under staffed but they still try their best to provide great service. Food is always delicious and tasty as well. Restrooms have always been clean during the times I have been.

So, I pick up a to go order and rather than put soda in a cup and put a lid on it and put it next to the order, they put an empty cup in a paper bag and then put that paper bag in a plastic bag with the rest of the items and then tie the bag up… Who does this? Why not just put the paper bag next to the plastic bag? Why seal it inside of the bag? If the delivery app doesn’t tell me the order has a drink, all I see is a barely legible receipt where all I can make out is the name, and there’s no employees to speak to about what is in the bag, and the bag is on the pick up shelf, I grab the bag and just assume everything is ready to go. I am supposed to know there is an empty cup in the bag, unseal the bag, and fill the cup myself? Where? How do I know where the soda fountains are?

It’s a Bdubs, they are all exactly the same. The food was terrible and the server got our order wrong so we sent it back and had to wait for the right order to come out. My son didn’t eat so after we left I had to run through skyline to get him something he would eat.
