Employees at window were nice, very nice man. But I ordered two meals (5 piece tenders and 5 whole wings) both which were supposed to be spicy. Neither were, so I went back to the window and they took the food and asked me to wait 5 minutes to drop fresh spicy. I waited, they brought it back and it was still mild. I didn’t feel like going back again. But spending $25 to not get what you ordered twice is frustrating. They also didn’t give me a receipt.

This was one of the best dine In experiences I’ve had in a chicken fast food place ever! Top 4 in terms of all fast food service, Patricia at the register was very calm, very nice, and she got my order right down to a T! Everyone else in there worked really hard and it shows in the food that I got was top tier quality! Always been a huge lover of Popeyes but I wanted to do a proper rating and review! Definitely worth the price and food!

Ordered chicken tender meal with Mac and cheese. Apparently they ran out of chicken (better yet probably didn’t want to cook anymore given my experiences in the past.) only got a few pieces of chicken layered on top of old fries. I usually give places a few tries because everyone has bad days but every order I have received from something has been wrong.

The customer service at this location is abysmal. The drive-thru employee seemed to be r.eluctant to honor a coupon presented on the app. Once we straightened it out, she seemed to resent having to do so and insisted on thoroughly checking the app for the countdown even though we gave her the activation code she asked for. She was unpleasant to say the least. Also, half our order was not included and we had to go back and get the rest. Popeyes seems to have trouble staffing their restaurants with pleasant, well-trained, professional people. This is a shame because the food is good as far as fast food chains go.

Do not accept an order from doordash for here, you’ll be waiting 40 minites because they refuse to prepare the food until you arrive. Happened to me 4 times. Not a single other restaurant I doordash for does this, and it’s for a reason. Also the parking lot/drive thru is a joke. Whoever set up how this was built failed.

Chicken was good, unfortunately mine had quite a slathering of mayo on it. Rice was good although fairly small portion. Shrimp and cocktail sauce was excellent! Box shrimp was in was huge, made it look like not much shrimp. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of failure to accept app coupons. I downloaded the app and signed up while waiting in line. Played their Christmas game and recieved a really good coupon. They said couldn’t use app coupons at this time because they just opened and computer system not set up for it. If you’re going to have an app and open a restaurant you should make sure everything is ready to go including your computer system. Only 24 hours to use that coupon, now I can’t. They need to put up a sign alerting people to this. Very disappointed and wondering how many other people had same experience . App has other coupons that are worth using.

Came here on a late lunch break, around 2pm on a Monday. They were out of several menu items, which a lot of places are, pandemic and all. Drive thru lady was clearly agitated when I was asking what items they had in stock. I finally place my order, drive up to the window, they hand me my drink. It’s covered in pop, like the entire cup was sprayed with soda. They give me my meal, I had two dipping sauces. One wasn’t what I ordered, the other was an unopened BBQ sauce that was disgusting and covered in BBQ sauce from other cups, so I wasn’t going to eat that. Nuggets were barely Luke warm.
