I ordered a double meat cheeseburgers whooper with lettuce tomato and mayo only!! I was given a whopper jr with cheese, mustard, ketchup, and pickles. I was told a whopper cheese burger was same size as whopper jr, which I know is incorrect I’ve order this same burger for over 40 yrs. Then I was told it’s extra for lettuce and tomatoes! She insisted I did not order lettuce, tomato and mayo only I had ordered what she decided to put on it. She then requested that I move up to wait, I refused because she would not own her own mistake. Needless to Burger King on West Park I will NEVER return to your place if business. NEVER!! Burger King in front of the green Walmart, I pray people read this and turn the opposite direction !!!!

Never going back to burger king again after this. Ordered a bacon king, and they gave me one meat patty and no bacon. I went back and asked for another one in the nicest way I could, and explained that the bacon king comes with actual bacon (what a surprise) and 2 meat patties. They then proceed to give me the exact same thing as before but this time they put an extra burger bun on the bottom. Once the manager saw me pull back around he just went and hid in the back. Never eat here.

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a burger king my entire life! The staff was super friendly, the food was made to order so fast, and it was hot and fresh! What more can you ask for?! The place was SO clean, the drink machine was stocked on every drink, so you can always get what you want. If you need anything, more salt, ketchup… Just go to the front and ask for more! They are more than pleased to help! I absolutely love the environment here! I personally ordered the original chicken sandwich, and the chicken was fresh, hot & juicy! Absolutely amazing! If you want salt for your fries, just ask for some salt packets, and make it the way you like. I’m glad my fries didn’t have a ton of salt on them like other burger king’s I’ve been too, considering I have a heart problem, I can’t have a lot of salt.I don’t eat out much because of this problem, but when I do get the chance, I love having the best experience ever, which I honestly think I got by coming here! ❤️ Thank you for being the best! They always screw up my order. Blows my mind that they can’t get a simple order correct. Almost every time I come here. That’s what I get for not checking my order before pulling off. But then again I shouldn’t have to double check it

The food is good but when I went to use the bathroom they had fecias all over the toilet seat which was nasty so the men’s bathroom is not very clean.
