Had to ring my own food up bc they didn’t have a cashier, then when I got home my chips were stale and my crunch wrap was all lettuce and two pieces of chicken. Idk why they keep this location open had a bad experience before thought I give it another shot and they still are horrible. The staff hates their jobs and you can tell in the service and the food quality or lack there of.

The workers never let me down. Food is right temperature and not cold. I go to drive through at Florence on Mall Road and Dixie Highway in Florence / Erlanger area . Senior citizen and support animal go often while out running errands.

The food was what you expect from Taco Bell. What stuck out to me was the people working. The guy taking our order was courteous and friendly and the service was fast. The location we normally go to which isn’t far away is usually like a free for all in the kitchen and very loud.

I came through drive thru tonight around 11:45pm Me and my dog. Let me tell you there was a line of cars in front and behind me. I must applaud the workers tonight. They got everyone’s order out in a timely manner and the ladies working drive-thru window were very pleasant and efficient… this has become my favorite taco bell for late night cravings …great job!!!!
