I ordered a large iced pumpkin latte with less ice. It was filled 3/4 of the way up and the rest was whipped cream. I watched the woman at the drive through look at my drunk and giggle and show it to another worker, took off the lid and added more whipped cream, came back and handed it to me and said “It had been sitting for awhile so I figured you would want more whipped cream.”…Actually what I would like is my large coffee to be full of coffee.

I had ordered a refresher with green tea through the app. Upon arrival I was informed green tea was out of stock and asked if I wanted lemonade. I told the girl I can not have lemonade or coconut milk and asked if it could be made with oat milk. I was assured she could. When I got down the street, I tasted my drink and it was made with coconut milk! I can not have it due to two different health issues, and now two of my organs are hurting because my drink was made with coconut milk. Please make sure you are making orders the way they are ordered, you can really hurt someone!!!

Got 2 teas and 1 snacking bacon, 2 cars in front of us about 10 minutes to order and get to the window, the staff was nice but the snackin bacon was 1/2 cold and crunchy and the other 1/2 dripping grease and partially raw we were 1/2 way home before we realized it was so nasty. Called the store they don’t answer won’t be going back. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS POST IT WAS FOR DUNKIRK AND WILL NOT LET IT BE REMOVED

Always a busy busy place but always good service. The machines in the lobby don’t have options for people with picky orders so please use drive through. Also, they have a mobile lane that leads to the same lane for people ordering in the drive through. Only one I’ve seen like that but anyway. Great place! Thanks!

Today is January 25 2023 and is 12:40pm, just stop at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Wayson corners is normally a great place to stop for a coffee and donuts, the manager is great and Rosita is the best in customer service.

By far the best and quickest managed place I’ve seen. Chrissy is AMAZING. Not that you usually will come across an issue however if one arises she handles it immediately goes above and beyond personally even reaches out. This corporation is lucky to have her. I think she should be District lead to be honest. A lot of other Dunkin’s could use her to clean up their act.
