If I could give this 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional service. I called back when the vegetables on my veggie pizza were raw and I got hung up on. The tomatoes were not even slightly cooked and just placed on the top. The way this situation was handled was not proper at all, they need to learn how to treat their customers. Won’t be coming here again.

I grabbed a bite literally driving through. I had a Godfather special and I loved the crust, the sauce is light and compliments the grilled chicken and bell peppers with light cheese. I also had their tiramisu and I was blown away, that’s really good, one of the best I’ve had.

Pizza was okay but I ordered the manicotti ala vodka lunch special and it was so so salty it was inedible. I literally managed only two bites and had to toss it. I hope they at least fix the way the dish was prepared going forward because as a first time customer that left a very bad impression. I’d do better to go to Dominicks down the street

They close whenever they feel like it. Their attitudes are nasty and the food is going down hill. They say online they close at 10:30 but at 8pm I’m getting a phone call demanding me to come pick up my food because they close at 8:30? Get there and the penne vodka has maybe a table spoon of sauce no exaggeration . I tell them I can’t eat it like that and they say you’ll be fine. They’ll be out of business soon. It’s way better places in town.

I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I call for delivery and I am told it will take an hour so I go and pick it up. This is the steak sandwich I got !! Its a bread sandwich. I know times are tough but so is it for me ! Totally unacceptable

If I could report this place to the better business bureau I would. They continue to raise their prices but don’t offer anything in return like better tasting food, or more food for the prices your paying. I have ordered a cheesesteak and there was more bread then meat in the sandwich. Is that really worth $11.45? Hell no. I didn’t pay for bread. I will never return to this place again after their bad business practices.

The pizza came cool, it was soggy, somewhat tasty. It was called there special pizza. I would not re order that pizza again. I have liked other pizza from Fratelli’s. I probably would only pick it up myself it took over an hour about 70 min and it was cool when it arrived.
