Really cozy spot to get some great food with a cozy and classy atmosphere. They don’t take reservations, but you can always call ahead to check wait times + have an open table held for 15 minutes if they’ve got one, or get your name written down on their list. Really enjoyed my salmon with wild rice, and their daily roasted veggies were the perfect texture with an amazing tahini harissa sauce drizzled on top with pine nuts. The rotating specials sounded super good too, but were sold out tonight. Definitely worth a fancy night out in Langley!

Stephan and staff catered our intimate wedding on June 18, 2022. The food is always the most important feature to a wedding and Savory hit it out of the park. Everything was delicious and every guest complimented us on our choice of caterer. The next time you are in Langley, WA on Whidbey Island, a meal at Savory is a must.

I feel lucky to have been able to come here! They only have very few tables, we arrived right after they opened at 4:30pm on Saturday and got one of the very last ones, definitely go early to avoid a wait. The restaurant has a romantic atmosphere and is very cozy.

My wife and I were fortunate to walk in and find a table of 2 immediately last night. From start to finish the entire meal was fantastic. Jim, our waiter, was very attentive, and another waiter had an eye on us at (what felt like) all times. We ordered a charcuterie board appetizer with a bottle of Chemistry Pinot Gris to start, followed by a pair of Cesar Salads and a baguette with garlic parmesan spread, a Smoked Salmon Pasta as well as their Pork dish, and for desert my wife had the Chocolate Duo while I had a Lemon Curd with blueberries. It was a very enjoyable experience. Made the end our night sublime.

Sometimes when restaurants first open there’s a bit of an awkward period as the restaurant gets into its rhythm. Not so with Savory. Ambience is cozy and comfortable. Service is excellent. The owners are charming. Timing for the food is excellent, and the food (!) Yum. I think Savory may be my new favorite place in Langley – I look forward to revisiting repeatedly to be sure.

Lovely restaurant on the water! Great service and tasty food, most of which I forgot to take a photo of. The pastas were tasty and I had the beef short ribs. Yum yum yum.

The dining room is incredibly pleasant. Every item was excellent, one of us found the special to have more pepper than she liked, so we switched dishes and were both completely satisfied. My only regret is that I couldn’t taste everything in the menu. Go here if you are in Langley, but they don’t take reservations, so be prepared to wait. It’s worth it

Our party of three went early(opens at 4) and got to choose our table. It was a window which had gorgeous views. The place is small and cozy and everyone there makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Our group decided before we got there to share our meals so we could enjoy as many of the offerings as we could. We started with a blueberry cider and pincho of the day(squash combo, spread on top of the excellent bread with a dainty sprinkle of radish sprouts). Excellent! This boded well for the rest of our meal. We then proceeded to consume the creamy potato prosciutto soup, halibut cheeks on savory glass noodle bed, mafalda noodle carbonara and a wonderful braised short ribs served on a mashed potato base. All of these deserve a mention and description individually but they were delectable, succulent, creamy, flavorful and delicious. They did an excellent job with the desserts as well.

We started out with the daily special Pincho, which was savory and delicious. Had a bowl of potato and prosciutto soup, and then the entries. We wanted to sample so we had the carbonara, the short rubs and halibut cheeks. All servings were a good size and packed with flavor. Then on to the desert where we had cherry panacotta, carrot cake with a delicious caramel drizzle. From the first to the last bite, our taste buds were very happy. Service, atmosphere, all were outstanding.

Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. Very small but the food was quite tasty. I recommend getting the cheese tray appetizer.
