Entered around 8:30 PM and ordered food and got sweet tea to drink. The staff removed the tea around 8:45. Went to get a Dr. Pepper not enough syrup, tried Coke the same thing. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Order taker seemed stoned out of his mind. Had me pull up to wait on tenders when I was the only one in line. Chicken salad sandwich was so watery and gross it leaked all over my wife’s laps. Cold fries. Only 2 stars because they gave money back for sandwich.

Posted hours online show being open to midnight however stopped by at 8PM Saturday night. All lights were on and there was a car in the drive thru and shortly after there were 3 of us in the drive thru. I could here the car in front of me saying Hello…Hello several times for almost 5 minutes with no response. The car then went around towards the pickup window. I then sat at the window for about a minute and also went around as the car in front of me was driving off. I slowly approached the window to see one young man inside who just looked at me and shook his head no. If you are going to close early, at least have the courtesy to post something outside to let customers know.

Arbys as a company should be ashamed. Every time I come in there is noticeably short staff and staff running around like headless chickens. They all looked very stressed and upper management needs to help their stores. I know every where has low staff but Arbys needs to get it together and get their employees help or I can almost bet that this location will be closing soon due to no one wanting to work here anymore.
