from out of town and our first time in texas! got sat relatively quickly, which was nice. the hostess was not very personable, which was a little off-putting. when taken to our table, the floors was a MESS. our entire party (5 people) almost slipped on the way to the table from the floor being wet with spilled drinks. we ordered drinks first, and i ordered both a drink and a water but didn’t receive my water. when we ordered food, it took quite a while. of course, the place was busy but i dont think we ordered that much food. the food was good, but wasn’t anything worth waiting for. we got fried pickles, and each of us got wing combo plates. the wings themselves were good and the sauce was really good, but i wasn’t blown away by anything. our waitress wasn’t super attentive, and took a while to bring us things we asked for (boxes, check). and, the food was pretty pricey. i can go to wingstop for a way cheaper and be more satisfied it.

Went here around 2pm on a Saturday. Our waiter, Hunter, was awesome. It took a minute for things to get out… drinks, food, togo order but he explained to us the kitchen was behind so we were understanding. Really giving him credit for the communication about it, we’ve all worked in customer service so we get it.

The wings itself was really good, I got the all you can eat Monday special. And the service was really slow. For my last order I waited over 1 hr and checked in 3 times to see if it’s coming up. I end up just paying and leaving without it . A little disappointed.

Thought I might give them another try of course missing salad from boneless wing meal after paying extra Literally just received my food an been on hold for going on 30 minutes no one answer the phone. Wasn’t going to write a review but 20 plus for tenders way to high not receive all your items an no picks the phone on the only caller in the queue..Probably my last time when Zaxby’s is way cheaper!!

Horrible experince yesterday . Over 1:30 wait to get food and when food finally made its way in this is what I got dry wings ! Even the waiter said I apologize your wings don’t look too good and must have forgot ! When eating them they were dry . As a kitchen manager at pluckers who ever it is this should have never left the kitchen . This is not right to present to a customer who drove 1 hr to the location to have got this . FYI wasn’t offered a replacement on wings either ! Didn’t eat them all as they where dry as if they where left to sit and just thrown in microwave to heat up very dissapinted experince

First, let me say that my server, Alex, and the manager, Chris, were awesome! We went in with 6 people, simple dinner after a team building. Alex greeted us, got our drinks, took our order, and it started smoothly. However, the kitchen staff dropped the ball. We had to have 3 10 pieces recooked,all the fries, and our salads were not brought out until our check. Chris fixed it and Alex and him were our superheroes and saved the experience from being a bust. I will return simply because of them.

This place is always packed! They are short on servers too. Every time I come here it’s at least a 30-45min wait. Let’s be real ain’t nobody got time to wait 45min for some chicken tenders/wings. After you order, it takes over 50min to get your food out to the table.
