Looking for a relaxing place on the river?

The atmosphere is definitely 5 star. Large area with plenty of seating inside or outside by the river. Placed our order for a small pizza at 8:20, at 8:55 I decided to check the status of the pizza. Was told it would be around 10 minutes more?! At 9:10 our small pizza found its way to our table. It was mostly cooked. There were maybe 6 other groups in the entire restaurant at this time. We were not in a hurry, had no where to be, but really, if you lose an order or you’re too be busy on your phone in the kitchen (I did peek back there), just own it and say sorry…and don’t ask for a tip at the register. Otherwise, love the location and we will be back and try again.

Lunch after seeing the Waco Mammoth National Park. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is great whether you want to eat inside or outside. If outside, you can see the river and have misting machines there as well.

Beautiful place to enjoy great pizza, wings, salads and enjoy the Brazos river from their huge outdoor deck. They have brunch on Sundays as well. Don’t forget to watch the ducks and turtles fight over scraps!

One of my favorite places to go. The pizza is always great and different from other places. Staff is friendly and hardworking.

Good food. Great location. Don’t love the wait in line ordering. The staff is pretty good. But kinda pricey for having to walk to get what you need. I had to walk 2 minutes to get an extra fork or a box because it’s a big place, so maybe have a self-service station closer to the dockside area. Definitely would and have recommended.

Disappointed. My pizza slice was dull looking and had no “fresh” shine compared to the others at our table. When asked for a fresh slice or a replacement, the waiter took mine back and brought it back saying there was nothing he could do and that all the pizzas are cooked the day before and none are made the day of. Kind of disgusted that he brought the slice back—just keep it.

This is the cauliflower crust. Normally amazing but we got home and this is what we got. It was hard as a rock. We drove 20 minutes back to have it remade. I was shocked this was even sent out the door and it was not busy at all. Staff acted annoyed that we asked them to remake it but they did and the newly made pizza was delicious.

This is definitely a place heavy on atmosphere and not food. If you’re not going to put any Italian seasoning at all on your pizza at least have a shaker of it available for guests who want to add flavor to their food. Bartender had no idea if they had an amber beer or not. They do. I just had to find it myself on the menu. The view overlooking the Brazos is beautiful, though.

Really cool place right on the brazos. It’s definitely all about the atmosphere here. Service is just so so and the food is okay. Maybe it’s better after a few drinks.
