Each time I come to this restaurant I find myself loving it even more than the last. From the attention that is paid to the quality of the food to the friendly service of the staff. The passion of the chefs is shown through the tasty and presentable sushi they deliver. Absolutely the BEST sushi spot I have ever been to. At this point, I do not even bother going anywhere else but here because nothing compares. A customer for life. Thanks guys.

I have been coming to Hokaido for years! They don’t disappoint. There are closer sushi places near me, but when I go to them I always wish I had come here. They have ruined me. Their meat quality is on point, the chefs are always fun to sit with and their prices are good, they have a good happy hour also. The only downfall is the servers can’t keep up with their tables. I’d give it a 4.5 stars tho.

We were here two years ago and loved it and made the mistake of not writing down the name in our notes. We searched google maps last night and looked through a bunch of restaurants and finally found our place by the parking lot. The ramen here is so good & the pork was so fresh and huge slices. All of the sushi rolls were so fresh & huge. Just like the last time! Loved talking with Karen, she was very helpful and attentive the whole time. We’ll be back

This is right down the street from my house so it’s super convenient. The sad part is their service is horrible. Don’t get me wrong. They are very nice but today I came for a late lunch and the restaurant is mostly empty. It took more than 45 minutes to get my food and then they sent the wrong thing. I had been here once before and experienced almost the identical poor service. So it’s not a fluke when it happens on more than one occasion. That being said, the quality of the sushi and the food is actually good. It’s a shame because there is no way I will come again. There are simply too many really good options out there. If you have lots of time and aren’t already starving then give them a try. But if you’re not expecting to wait or you’re really hungry and waiting is going to be annoying then I suggest you go elsewhere.

Food was decent but service was HORRIBLE. Waited 45 mins for ONE ROLL even though we were one of two tables in the entire restaurant. Waitress didn’t even come to our table to refill our drinks. Definitely do not recommend.
