Ate lunch here. Food has some good & some bad. Everything was great on the dessert plate pictured. But the hot food was mediocre. Grilled/roasted veggies in regular oil instead of an olive oil and no other seasoning was added. Chicken with mushrooms was salty but the chicken & mushroom pieces had good flavor. Staff was generally very good, just one younger waitress with poor customer skills.

never going back singled me out in front of every guest. i paid with my debit card and they asked for ID, but they let a bunch of white people in without asking once or verifying ID with debit card purchase. so why did you ask me but not them? what was the reason? the same old lady with the short hair that works around noon. extremely overpriced and there wasn’t a wide variety. you are better off going to ameristar

Awful food, awful experience spent nearly $70 for my Husband and myself to eat. We went with a group of friends and needless to say we were all dissatisfied and extremely disappointed I would compare the slop to cafeteria food. Nothing was refilled. The dessert bar was horrid empty and looked old. The chocolate fountain chocolate tasted like old chocolate syrup no fruit choices for the fountain, no cold plates so like syrup the chocolate just ran all over. It was AWFUL I would not recommend this buffet to anyone.

18.99 buffet on weekdays was not bad. Very starchy; typical fare with a carving station. No seafood. Fast paced atmosphere and lots of heat lamps. Salad bar was slightly less appealing than a pizza joint.

I have been going there for years-It has been going down hill- Yesterday, Saturday at about 6pm will be my last time- Prime Rib? Disgusting, nasty yellow fat, tough as a boot (we had meat off of 2 different pieces , ick)- All, and I mean All other hot items were bad to worse- If you want to pay a lot of money for beverage and dessert it’s okay

Absolutely horrible. If they could water it down they did. No taste to anything except the desserts which came out of a box and even then were dry. Even the fountain soda tasted watered down. Was very disappointed as the price for 3 people was almost $80. No rhyme or reason for the food set up and pairing. Sorry Harrah’s time to fire the manager and rehire.

My husband and i use to enjoy comming here. At least untill our last visit. The waitresses just stood around doing nothing. The food wasnt that good and the chocolate caje i had was dried out and tasted stale. Si glad we used comps and points so we werent out any money. Will not be returning.

The prime rib on Saturday is of very poor quality. Brought one of my out of town friends to the buffet because it was close to his hotel but the foods just had no taste and the prime rib was very stringy and tough to cut. The only good food was the fried chicken. Seafood lovers would be ok as there is plenty of shrimp and other shellfish but I’m not a shellfish person. Overall, for $25 a person this was not good. It was on the same level as $12 Golden Corral.

Never been soaked so fast on slots. Drinks were $4.75 which sucks because I dont want to tip $1.25 for a drink nor do want to tip $0.25 or look like an ass and ask for my quarter back. Left after first drink. Not paying $17 for a buffet with terrible reviews either. Extra star given for cute waitress.

Its ok. I wouldnt go if I didnt have comps. They have good soups, desserts, salad bar and the meet carving station is always good. Deffintly stay away from the Chinese food area.
