I want to preface this by saying that this is my FAVORITE “fast food” place. Their tacos are incredible. But, this location has terrible customer service. The worst of any fast food restaurant I go to. I kid you not, they get my order wrong every single time. I just ask for one ingredient to be left out. We go at least weekly, and there have been 2 times in the last year that they haven’t messed it up. Today, they just scraped the wrong ingredient out of my food leaving remnants, but we had ordered to-go so I didn’t notice it until it was too late. The taco shell was all broken apart, and the whole thing was a mess. Just so they could be lazy & not remake it. Last week we came in 45 minutes before closing. When ordering, the employee said “you do realize we close at 9, right?”. We had plenty of time to get in and get out. The best part was that they turned half the lights out on us while we were still eating (see picture). We will continue to come back (reluctantly) because it’s close by and our favorite food when made correctly, but customer service and attention to detail needs to improve. It’s a waste of time and energy to have to send back your meal every single time.

Super hangry – the brownie did fix my attitude. I had the seasoned beef burrito and then a southwest chicken sandwich. The pico was so fresh and delicious. Planning ahead for the burger on the next visit – they take at least 15 minutes for prep/cook time.

The food is good and they have healthy options, which is great. The 2 complaints I have is that when you get the bill, there is a tip option. But everything is self serve. We left a tip and still our small order took 15 minutes and we had to get our own drinks and pick the food up. Then on top of that, the forks and knives are so cheap that they bend and get destroyed just cutting up a sandwich or eating a salad. It’s good food but hard to enjoy when you can’t actually grab a bite with the flimsy silverware. For 40 bucks (6 dollar tip) we got 2 salads and a kids meal. Just doesn’t seem like a value when dining in.

Second time in the last week I ordered I Mahi Mahi bowl and haven’t received the correct order. As you can see in the photo no meat was provided. Absolutely ludicrous. The other order, earlier this week, didn’t have any meat also. We went into the store to order. The staff was cleaning 30 minutes before close time. No one greeted us as we walked through the door or took our order. Very unprofessional and disinterested. Will never go back due to terrible service two days in one week. Will also request a refund for lack of ingredients.

The guy at the counter took the time to explain the menu options to me since I hadn’t been in before and he was very patient, not only that but made fresh chicken for my wraps too.

I love that they have many options for those who have restrictions. I ordered the gyro bowl no onion asked for quinoa and side of Pico. It’s super fresh I didn’t get my cucumber yogurt that suppose to come with it. My partner order the Kung pao wrap omg so much flavor and spice. I wish I had ordered his. I will definitely go back but instead of a bowl I will get a wheat burrito. They also have a patio but seats look very uncomfortable for the average person.

The food is the highlight! They have mahi mahi tacos that just destroy the competition. The atmosphere isn’t great, but they have outdoor seating which is nice in good weather. Pre-order for some really good takeout and to minimize service interaction.
