Excellent food but horrible customer service. There was a girl working and she laughed for no reason during service. We asked for no spicy Mayo and went home got spicy Mayo on our food, which is a waste of our time. Will give another try for this location but hopefully improve the customer service

Becoming a local favorite since I moved out to this area recently. The staff have always been friendly and made some great recommendations on my first visit here. Fish was fresh and very tasty. Their topping choices are a great fit for their bowls and the portion size is just right. I’ll have to try the poke bake and the spam musubi next time I get lunch.

My family and I have been regularly going to this place for takeouts; very happy so far till TODAY. Transaction 034969. The server was QUYNH, never seen her before. She picked half a scoop of each item, dropped a few back and then put it in the bowl. As if she was serving us free. The bowl was about half full than usual. On top of all this, she was sneezing while she prepared our bowls. You will loose customers if you continue to keep her.

The food quality was great but the prices are too high. Take the cost down $2-3 per bowl and you earn 5 stars. $16 for regular bowl with 3 small scoops or protein.

The food here tastes fresh and is well prepared. The fish doesn’t taste old and doesn’t have an off flavor. The quantity for the price is really good. My husband got a regular bowl and was surprisingly full. A value for money. The staff though is incredible. I unfortunately did not get this ladies name but was incredibly kind and patient while me and my husband and I figured out what to get. She had an infectious smile and overall positive as hell attitude. Really made our night

We stopped by Poke Ichii during our road trip down I-5 and was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! There is a wide variety of protein options you can choose from including clams/ octopus/ scallops which you don’t always see in usual poke shops. Also you get a great deal where you can get 3 proteins scoops for a regular bowl. The service was also good, friendly staff. Will be back if we stop by the area again!
