The pizza was the only good thing about this hut. The employees were very rude. Our food took over an hour. They got some of our orders wrong or not at all. They have dine in which they didnt seem happy that we were dining in. Again, pizza was good.

Paid seven dollars for what? Trash to be thrown away! Not edible. Called and asked if I can receive a refund and was told they do not do refunds got store credit. I know for damn sure the ppl there wouldn’t eat or serve this to their family for friends. What a disgrace. Highly do not recommend this store.

Terrible experience. Walked in all employees were just talking to each other & told us to seat anywhere after that we were ignored. After 10 minutes I had to get up and ask for the menus. Then placed order and took almost 30minutes. Started eating and a HAIR on the PIZZA, nasty! For refills I had to get up and ask myself, I went up to front counter not a single employee was available, phone was ringing & ringing. I guess employees were on the back talking, after 5 minutes of standing they came to give me a refill. When paying employee was rude. Management have to step up on their employees, if not they will eventually loose a lot of business. They just lost a customer.

Evening staff was inattentive to my wife and I while holding side bar conversations amongst each other. We sat in our booth for 10 minutes and hadn’t been acknowledged. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have been sufficient but we didn’t even get that. I would be more understanding had there have been more customers in the restaurant but we were the only people there. We decided to eat at Dominos. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted a stuffed crust pizza. 🙁

Extremely rude staff. Went in for a pizza dinner around 8pm. No one in the entire restaurant but us. Women at the front didn’t even want to acknowledge us. We had to ask if we could sit. We sat and waited and waited and no one approached our table. We could hear them laughing joking and talking but never once came to our table so got up and left with no service.
