Changing my rating…. I usually go in and get the sub but I thought I would try the online ordering. I trusted it would be a good sub because they are usually awesome when I go in and order it. When I got back to work, I opened it up and it was squished, cut horribly (not even the entire way through), and the ingredients were falling out. I was very sad. And no napkin 🙁

As someone who loves subs, Jersey Mike’s is a great place for me to get me a good quality sub. The cold subs are especially tasty and come dressed in oil and vinegar which gives them just the right amount of zest. However, I do find their large subs overpriced at $16.00 unless you’re sharing or really hungry!

Ethan is always so pleasant and knows exactly what I want when I go in. He can always make the guests smile. He is a perfect manager and knows how to treat his guests even when they are busy. We have ordered from Jersey Mikes multiple times in a few different states. Tonight, I placed an online order to pick up to take home, which is 1.5 hrs from Erie. We ordered 2 subs and in the special instructions for my husbands I wrote in all capital letters NO MAYO as he gags at the taste of mayo. When we got home to eat them, there was mayo on the sub. The worker clearly did read and just made the sub the way it is supposed to be made. I was highly disappointed as it was not cheap.

This is a very good Jersey Mikes Location. Staff is always very nice. It is very clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The Asst. Manager Laura remembered me from my previous visits and also remembered my allergies without me even having to mention them.
