Any other time I go to sonic my food is amazing. Tonight on the other hand it wasn’t. Everything was cold. The chicken, onion rings and the hot dog for my husband was even cold as well. Chicken was so hard I had a hard time eating it. The drinks were gross too because they didn’t have taste to them. Dr. Pepper is a dark pop. Not almost clear.

Every time I have ordered here the food tastes like it has been sitting out all day. Once I ordered tater tots that were hard as a rock and stale. This location should definitely improve their quality as it is definitely lacking. Once I ordered a milk shake and the guy got annoyed and it was still 2 hours until they closed, he tried his best to talk me out of getting one and even told me I would have to wait at least 30 minutes….

Don’t give gifts from here as gifts, they cannot process a gift card and a cash transaction. This store stinks, they over charged me last week day managers fix it and I go to use the gift cards they gave me and am told I cannot do a transaction for the gift cards and cash. Never going here again. Plus drive thru cashier and female manager were talking and laughing about the whole situation along with the guy taking the orders in drive thru. All of them need fired and find new people to do the job without making fun of their customers. And the female manager is very rude.
