Drive thru only. Took 10 minutes from payment to food delivery. Supposedly tossed in sauce was basically dry. Ask for ketchup – none Had to walk back to the drive window to get them. Not the worst Zaxby’s experience ever but close. AND the toast was burnt!

Ja’Kyra has a nasty little attitude when she is taking your order at the drive thru. It would be nice if you would stop interrupting people while they are ordering. I realize that you are having a busy day but guess what without those customers in the drive theu you wouldn’t have a job.

Walked in to pick up order. The inside from seating area to the kitchen is complete filthy. Like real bad. My to go order wall piled into one bag and tied up. The bag end up busting carrying it out. Absolutely terrible experience Zaxby’s needs to do better!! Poor management!!!

. I ordered through the drive thru but had to use the restroom, so I parked and came inside. The bathroom was out of tissue and was not kept up. The condiment station was dusty and out of napkins and straw paper all over. You can tell it hasnt been cleaned in a while. This store needs a DEEP clean and some elbow grease

Service is horrible. No one ever greeted us. No self serve drinks available. 3 customers at counter, no one ever acknowledged us. We had to say excuse me. Asked for refill. Employee fills with NO Ice. Then sticks in my hand. Never a Thank you for our business. Hope there are improvements in this location. Health dept score 86. Should be a 56.

when through the drive through, ordered 3 dinners only to find out after getting home on 2 where in the bag. I should ha checked but sadly didnt. the 2 diners that were given the chicken was over cook and dry. Have been trying to call them for the past half hour but no one answers the phone.
