I called & ordered the CHICKEN Fettuccini Alfredo and garlic bread w/cheese. As with any order (from any restaurant) I made sure to repeat “chicken fettuccini alfredo and garlic bread with cheese”. I picked up my order and started eating the garlic bread in the car (cuz it’s delicious) but got home and found a tin container of fettuccini noodles, alfredo and no chicken. NONE. I called the restaurant and got no answer – straight to a voicemail box that was full! #Fail So now I’m REAL MAD. But then…lightbulb…FB! I reached out to them via messenger and got the fastest response in the history of customer service #Surprise! Prompt, courteous, sincere, apologetic and quick to correct the error…issuing a refund for the meatless pasta. So, I’ll be back. The food is worth it. I’ll just make sure to RErepeat lol

Very rude several employees miserable, frowning and talking loudly about others. Very rude infront of customers trying to just simply order and move about their day. We were with our kiddos and it just seemed like an unwelcoming environment! Wish I knew her name, because our waiter was fabulous. Definitely put me in some type of mood and irritable after visit.

This place use to be good until it changed hands and names. The prices went way up and the subs went way down. I just got a cheesecake was suprise to see there was barely any meat on it. See pic! I took it back and told them they said that’s how it comes and cared less. I will never go there again and every little thing they want to charge you for. They charged us for 3 little slices of pickles .75 come on thats redicolus. Bottom line will never go back, rude management, food went downhill.

I left the area back in 2017 and a few things haven’t changed the same even since change in management, the pizza!!! The flavor even just plain cheese it was soooo delicious!!! I have some friends in Middle River and I will definitely be back!!! Good memories, thank you Margherita Pizza.
