The steak was phenomenal! Ribs were delicious! My husband and I loved everything about our whole experience eating there. Even met and talked to the owner and she was so nice. If you want a great steak or ribs then this is where you should go!!

This was my first time here. My fiance has been here and loves it. We are getting information on either catering or possibly using the restaurant for a closed private party/wedding reception. Plus it’s the first restaurant that we’ve found that serves Riverboat Red wine, which is great wine.

In 2015 when we first started going to this restaurant we couldn’t stop…. Our go to was DRAKE TAILS. They have it nowhere else. I stay in stl now and even when I tried drakes In Illinois they didn’t have it. This is the best one out there.

We came into town for mud volleyball tournament this weekend. Last night we decided to try this establishment out. Needless to say it will never happen again. We had a party of 8, which most ordered steaks both Sirloins and Ribeyes. Most of us started with salads which that was not a salad. It was gross lettuce with one tiny cucumber and two little slivers of onion. (But the ranch was good) None of which we were able to eat. Then on to the steaks they had zero flavor tasted like they was frozen and cooked in water in microwave. None were really cooked correctly. Nor did anyone eat more than two bites. The two bites I took ended up in napkin. The bite of potato salad immediately came out of my mouth onto the table and I figure maybe it was just me. Nope. Two others tried which ended up same place. I did address a issue with the server that I wouldn’t be eating it and asked if I could just get a baked potato. Which was under cooked. But I had to eat something!One of us ordered pork chops and it was just a grilled pork tenderloin. Hour later our 7 out of 8 of us were feeling sick and did not finish out the evening like we planned. Other than taking turns in the bathroom at hotel. Very disappointed

I rarely get steak while eating out anymore due the current inflation situation. My daughter and I each got the 12 Oz ribeye meal and it was a great deal! The steak was cooked perfectly to order (ordered mine medium). The baked potato was actually baked potato sized and not tiny and the garlic bread was super yummy. Also the waitress was great. The only complaint that I had at all was that they were out of all of their soup for the evening and the salads were only okay, but hey I wasn’t there for the salad!

Wanted to try a BBQ place before leaving town, so we tried Drakes. My wife and I were not disappointed! I had the pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese. The pulled pork was phenomenal! It was so good, I got a second sandwich! The mac and cheese was good and light, unlike most mac a cheese I get at barbecue places. The place was nice, roomy, and smelled so good of smoking meat! Our waitress was super nice, very attentive, and kept my drink full. My wife also had the tenderloin, which was the size of a baseball field! It was tasty and light for a fried food. This was a great experience!!
