Ordered dinner box online. Then called store to request NO SEASONING ON sticks because no option for that online. Confirmed location, confirmed they had my order…then I get there to seasoned sticks and no time to wait for 1/3 of my order to be remade while rest was under heat lamp(wife had to workin an hour)….and them denying they took my call….HORRIBLE customer service, can’t stand liars. Wasted extra money on dipping sauces for sticks I couldn’t eat!

Decided to order pizza for delivery. I placed my order online. Within about thirty minutes, the pizza arrived. Delivery service was friendly. I opened my pizza up only to see that they added pepperoni to my pizza and I only asked for chicken on one half of it. There was also no tomato sauce on the pizza. The pizza was not hot at all. I called the store and they remade the order which was correct upon arria but again, barely any pizza sauce and I had called a second time to let her know that there was none on the initial pizza and she verified that it would be corrected. Sadly not!!! Not ordering from this store anymore. I do like pizza hut but their quality is just really not that great anymore.

Order my pizza before 9pm 25-30 minutes later I call and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver so they sent it to doordash and doordash was not picking up any of the orders . If they would have told me sooner I could have picked it up myself. I called back she said if you can get here in 5 minutes because we close at 10pm. THIS WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I’M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND STILL HUNGRY.!!!!! I WANT A REFUND AND A FREE PIZZA. ASAP!!!!!!
