Food was fresh considering only one person cooking at 9am. Service took a bit longer due to one register up and going which was drive thru. 3 working the drive thru which was crazy and one up front which was pregnant and rude. Also witnessed a customer and worker get into a fight due to not getting all her stuff in drive thru. I mean there was 3 working over there so I would be a bit upset myself but it was took to far by both parties. Me and my dad was so uncomfortable during that. Won’t go back.

Went through drive through ordered chicken biscuit combo. Got to window and asked if I ordered the B&G. After 10 more minutes they return to the window with. Ham and cheese biscuit. Tell them again, I ordered a chicken biscuit combo. They then come back 9 minutes later with biscuit and no hash browns. After roughly 25 minutes of having to remind them multiple times what I wanted I finally received my food and drink only to leave and realize they didn’t give a straw. Eat there at your own risk.

Passing through DuQuoin from a ball game and was craving a big hot ham and cheese. (I’m pregnant) ordered, got our food and started heading home. Opened my sandwich which has 2 slices of ham only and no cheese. ???? What in the world. Didn’t have time to turn around, so it was my loss.

When going through the south doors where the bathrooms are all you can smell is raw sewage. It has been that way for as long as I remember. So I suggest going through the doors on the north side of the building or go through the drive thru.

I personally love Hardee’s especially when Covid happened. They let me order at the window even tho I didn’t have a car. I try to go weekly when I can and most of the time they already know exactly what I’m going to order due to coming in often. I honestly don’t mind the costs either. Friendly staff and great food.
