I ordered take out for the first from here so I truly can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. I had a cheese and pepperoni with fries on the side. I had heard the pizza was good. And it was, fries were good too. I gave 4 stars because this was my first time, I will absolutely come back and as long as the food stays consistent I’ll change my rating to 5.

I’ve liked La Nuova somewhat in the past, so I placed an order at 5:40pm. I wasn’t told an ETA, so around 6:50 I called to make sure it was coming, which I was told it was on the way. At 7:20 I called asking where it was, as I had to leave my home at 7:30. I was told it left their place ten minutes prior and was on its way. I live ten minutes away. 7:30 I had to call and ask for a refund, because I was not home any longer. I was told it was on my road on the way, and I again said I wasn’t home and needed a refund. Tons of excuses, but none that validate this experience. I will never be ordering from this place again.

Ordered through grubhub at 9:20pm. Was sent a text that I would receive my food by 10:20pm Finally receive it at 10:34pm. Order is pretty much room temperature. Fries were soggy and wet from the condensation. Food is wrong somehow, even when it’s a hand written ticket on it. Ordered a buffalo grinder. Got tenders. Clearly no one checks the orders when bagging it up. Waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a falafel wrap and a mistake is disappointing, considering I live 5 minutes away. My first time ordering from them, definitely my last.

Food is great but experience as of late with staff and pricing there has been left much to be desired. I visited almost a month ago and there was a $9 difference between prices shown on their menu boards and what I was charged. Upon asking questions I was told a digital menu update was being done and the prices reflected on my bill are the new prices. A month later the update still is not done and they are still charging far over prices that are displayed in house stating paper menu prices are correct. Being in food service with digital menu boards it doesn’t take this long to do so it simply is not being treated as a priority. I have dealt with customers being upset over discrepancies in menu versus charged prices and in my decade plus of experience it is always to meet the customer with apologies and explanation instead of hostility and/or to honor the most visibly displayed price.

I will never order from here again. I placed an order on slice & my COMPLETE order was wrong. They refused to issue me a refund bc according to their cook “my order was done correctly ” my order also arrived cold. I used to go here frequently & they have lost a customer.
