Large, superclean and cool though there is light and views in all directions. Food was hot and fairly fast. Cooked to order and real meat. My daughter declared she enjoyed it and felt as though men particularly would enjoy anything on the menu. Think game day , ball park, the family grill and childhood favs.

This is their idea of a burger apparently. The line moved incredibly slow. When I got to the speaker, the worker on the mic, Brianna, was very rude and did not speak clearly. The rude manners continued at the window and they got my sides incorrect too. I would not recommend spending your money here. The burger is going in the trash.

Our party of four came in at lunchtime on Saturday to try a CookOut in Troy for the first time. I can say it is the perfect college town restaurant. The prices were cheap, just what a college student needs. The food was okay, but that’s to be expected for the prices.

Stopped here on our way to Florida to grab a bite to eat. We have eaten at one in Georgia before and it was great. The food tasted like it had been sitting even though we had to wait for it. I would have expected hot, fresh food for what we paid. Restaurant seemed clean but wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Visiting daughter and stopped to try something different, I had no clue how the menu worked with the trays they offer and Dakota was patient, explained every option to me, answered all my questions with a polite manner and tone, best customer service I have had in a long time. The food is good but some of the workers aren’t that great They are ALWAYS rushing through your order. I had 2 girls if not the same girl rush me off giving me a total and not even letting me finish my order. I told her respectfully that I wasn’t finished yet and she had the worst attitude after. Everytime we go it’s terrible customer service. I mean if you don’t like your job go somewhere else it’s hundreds out here. I’ll go back because they are the only thing open late and I’m not a Karen but yeah they need better people for sure.
