Some of the best Chinese outside Bellaire area. The orange chicken isn’t your typical syrupy orange marmalade like chicken. It’s different in the most wonderful way. The service was outstanding and the people were so kind. Parking is a bit of a beast, but it’s worth it.

I just left after ordering dinner. The customer service was really amazing but I hate to say the food wasn’t the same. The fried chicken I received was dry and appeared to be refried.The egg for the egg foo young was burnt. No utensils or napkins. It’s very unfair to be treated that way after working all week to have to waste money. Never again…Also, I asked her did it have mushrooms(which I do not eat) she said no and even looked at the recipe book and said no, it does NOT have mushrooms. So I guess they also just make the meals how they feel on different days…..

This is my friend’s favorite place and I agree that it is excellent. I selected the King-pow beef with fried rice and my friend ordered the orange chicken. Both were delicious. We ordered another orange chicken as a take out. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.

First time at Chang’s! Excellent Food. Good quality and the serving meal size is bigger than you expect. Love the huge plate of chicken fried rice and General Tso Chicken. Delicious we were 4 adults and spent $49. We ordered 2 Fried rice and 2 Chicken and got part of the rice and the chicken in a container for next day. I Can’t wait to come back

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! I eat Asian food 4 times a week. The Hot and Soup soup tasted smokey and burned. The General Tso’s Chicken smells like smoke and tastes old. It does not taste fresh like it was cooked today. The friend rice does not have a fresh taste. Will never order from here again. This cannot be that same place that has so many great reviews! It’s so horrible though that I cannot give it a second chance. I’ve never thrown Chinese food away in my life, and tonight’s is going in the trash. This was Door dash delivery that came quickly, but just tastes awful.

The service overall was very friendly, the service time was not that great; it was a while before they took our order. The food itself is just ok, pretty middle of the street; you can’t really taste freshness at all, some of the times tasted kinda old. In conclusion, I would not necessarily visit the place again, they do need to concentrate more on the execution of their dishes for optimal taste and quality.

I ordered my food at 5:30 and received it by 5:50pm and was pleased until I opened it up. Chicken was hard as a rock,rice tasted old! Call manager says you ppl always trying to get free food and hung up on me! Racist and they know damn well what they gave me! Spent $33 cause I have it to give so I don’t need to get over no one! On the phone arguing instead of trying to fix the solution of what they know they served me! I will not order online there again as she stated!

(03/23/23) I’ve been going here for Chinese food for about 4 years now. The quality of food has always been a “5 of 5”, as is the service- very friendly and attentive staff. My personal favorite is their take on the Curry Chicken- the spicing and flavor, in my opinion, beats any others I have tried throughout the years.
