I pulled up about a half hour after they opened to the drive through. Couldn’t hear anything so I drove around to the front where from inside the “restaurant” a man pointed to the drive through. After sitting there at the menu for a while a young woman came out the back and told me the speaker didn’t work. I came inside ordered sat down and…..there was no ice, no tea The soda machine was filthy on the outside (they just opened!?) I’m sure the spouts probably started the COVID pandemic. No napkins, no spoons (the manager did end up finding 1) The bathroom looked like something out of a horror movie and there were no paper towels or anything to dry clean hands before eating. The conditions of this location and lack of supplies were terrible. The chicken was okay but not the best as imo fresh Popeyes chicken is. I just looked at some other reviews clearly this Popeyes owner doesn’t care.

I requested freshly dropped chicken and as always let them know I will wait for it no matter the time. I was told to pull up where I waited for about 20 min. We got the chicken and pulled because certainly after waiting I would be getting what I asked for. I decided to eat a piece of this steaming hot chicken, nope it was nowhere near hot. I was so upset because it makes my stomach nauseous when it’s not out of the grease. Not to forget I waited for out of the grease chicken. Shame on yall for making me wait!

Customer service is at its worst. Flys flying around. I ask for fresh chicken she was very upset with me for requesting chicken that was coming up. In her approach she was very loud. Very unprofessional. Theirs no management at all at this location. Very sad!! I wish food establishment would do better.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat, got a 3 piece chicken meal I asked for fries but she gave me rice, no biggie I ate it anyway. Tables were a little dirty but it was busy so I get it..overall food was good and hot

After waiting in line, I witnessed the worst case of disorganization and unprofessional workers that could be imagined. Then, after placing my order for the advertised fish sandwich, I was told,”We don’t have fish, only chicken.” I said , “No, thank you.” Upon closer inspection of the cleanliness of the facilities, I was actually relieved that they gave me the perfect excuse not to eat anything from there.
