Our latest visit to Ichiban was disappointing. We were there almost 20 mins before we finally went and found someone to ask for drinks — water even — something. It took our server about 3 tries to even take our order because he kept disappearing. They were busy, but not overflowing, so not sure what was going on.

We were looking for a hibachi restaurant near my house, and this was the closest one. They provide excellent service. The food is flavourful. However, I feel the steak could use a little more flavor, but other than that everything else was good. It’s a very typical hibachi restaurant. We definitely would go back.

Food was decent and our server Jessica was amazing! Super sweet. I dont like returning food but one plate we got was a little salty for my taste and the owner got very confrontational with me. She even told me that if I didn’t like it that I should basically not order any sushi rolls. Dude… if I hadn’t had my son with me… idk what I would have said to this woman. Lady… If I didn’t like it, I didn’t like it. Not happy and will not be returning. But again… Jessica was awesome

This place makes us so happy. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. And don’t forget Happy Hour! Sushi is fantastic and you can watch it get fresh made. Only downer…it can be noisy even in the dining area away from the hibachi because the radio is too loud.

Great experience my sister’s and I had for my sisters birthday. We were greeted at the door, they were very patient with us at the beginning because my entire party wasn’t there on time. The food was AMAZING! The Sushi, the rice was seasoned to perfection our chef was full of humor and made sure we had a great time! The reason I took away a star is because upon entering the restaurant, there was a STRONG eggy smell, and that was not pleasant for my party and I and we were starving! So that made me second guess this restaurant for a sec. Also, gratuity was automatically added to our tap for a party of 5 people without notice. Our waiter was sweet, but we constantly had to keep reminding him to bring us things. And he took my water to fill it and never brought it back. My sister ended up just giving me hers. So for his gratuity to had already been added didn’t rub me right. But overall we had a great experience!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. Had a terrible hibachi experience, people go for the great food and entertainment. This was not the case. At this restaurant, you’re simply a number. They want you to eat quickly and go. During hibachi, no entertainment, to clarify the hibachi chef performed zero conversation and tricks. I was there is my family including kids. To make things worse, the manager is not respectful, was never acknowledging the lack in service, simply stated you had food and drinks enjoy. .

Had dinner here on the weekend. Inside of restaurant is beautiful. Food was excellent and service was great. The owner came by and checked to make sure everything was fine. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommended.
