Order curbside and wait forever. Go in and tell them I have a mobile order for curbside pickup, and lady tells me I have to go through drive thru!!! What a joke. I’m in West Point during the week working and go to McDonald’s quite a bit when I’m here. They just lost my business!!! Employees seemed too busy socializing!!! Probably wouldn’t have brought my order out to me!!! Charged me for my order, and I didn’t even bother to get my food!!! I’ll take that loss!!!

Every once in a while I’ll get a good worker who knows how to read the cup and make a coffee the right size but most of the time anymore they hand me this small cup and say “this is a medium” when you can clearly read that it aint. Workers need to be trained better! If you can’t make a coffee I sure don’t expect food to be made right!

This place absolutely sucks ! I waited in pull up for 20 minutes! I went in stood and watched employees talking and laughing I said excuse me I’m have been waiting on my food for at least 20 minutes. One lady said we are waiting on fries .I see them fixing up fries for other customers. So I had to wait another 10 minutes! 30 minutes or so for my order that wasn’t even correct!!! Not making this a race thing by no means but I was the only white person in there

I have never been to a more dysfunctional restaurant in my life. There seems to be a major problem with their drive through. I have literally sat there over 7 mins before someone asked to take my order. And if your patient enough to wait 9 out of 10 times they are rude when they hand the order to you. I have been to McDonald’s all over the south and I will never go back to this one.

Monday Feb 20, 2023- this McDonalds is top of the line to me so far, I’ve never thought that I would cross a McDonalds that would taste like the old McDonalds I’ve ate McD in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and across Mississippi but West Point, Ms has it for me it’s the best one I’ve ate I don’t about anyone else’s experiences but mine was the best from customer service and food was top notch the best and the cleanliness from floor to top I was so surprised because usually you go into one and it’s all attitudes and dirty lol but all jokes aside I had the best experience!!!
