Very lively Italian place. Food is americanized, pasta is a but overcooked, but it is nice atmosphere and especially loved live piano music. Highly recommend beef carpaccio. It was very nice. Lobster ravioli was nice too. Carbonara was just OK. Tiramisu was moist and was gone in two seconds. Def good

We hoped for a comfortable and reasonably well priced dinner following a Broadway show. We were pleasantly surprised at the fresh, delicious Italian food and had an amazing evening here. If Tom (manager), John (waiter), Dennis (piano/singing), and Josh (bartender) are all there, you are in for a truly amazing night in NYC. We can’t wait to come back!

Fan-freaking-tactic place!!! we were in the area to see a show and had some time to kill. As we walked by the live music was so good it literally pulled us inside. Once we were there, we decided to grab a couple drinks and dinner. The bartender Donna was absolutely phenomenal. She made great recommendations and was even nice enough to hold our food until intermission of the show when we returned she was actually doing a duet with one of the best musicians we’ve ever heard. The ambience, food and overall vibe of this place makes it my new favorite restaurant in New York City! If you’re in the area you must check this place out!

Great piano bar that is centrally located. The manager was friendly and attentive. I was passing by and the music stopped me in my tracks. I stepped in and was pleasantly surprised. I sat at the bar to have a drink and enjoy the scene. The piano player even made his way to the bar to say hello to me.

We called at 6 on a Friday and Tom got us right in. We were so happy when the server came and said, tell me what you want and the chef will meet your needs. Tom was hilarious, the pianist was entertaining. We highly recommend a visit when you come to NYC.

We’ve gone here for years whenever we visit Manhattan, but this visit will be our last. Years ago the food was amazing, but we noticed when we were here last the food and service had been going down some. This time it was really bad. The bread was dry and the entrees had hardly any flavor. Not sure what’s changed but stay away.

Had a phenomenal dinner. We were seated next to the piano and were comfortable able to carry on a conversation and sang along with Dennis who was very entertaining. Tom was a great host who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Our server, John, was extremely attentive (even when a large table was seated). He was patient with substitutions, questions and made great recommendations. Food was terrific. I have never had a risotto I liked till I tried their saffron risotto with the Ossobuco. Phenomenal. Thank you, guys for a special evening ❤️

We visited Da Marino during the 2021 holiday season and it was fantastic from start to finish. We had a recommendation from a friend and ended up booking a reservation the same night. We were politely greeted by Tom, the manager, and he checked our vaccine cards and showed us to our table quickly even with our late reservations. John, our waiter, and the other waitstaff were also extremely friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable about the menu.
