Some of the bombest tacos I have tasted in Bakersfield. Haven’t been here in about a yeae or so but when I did, I love every taco I ate. They used to be located inside the Amigis swapmeet. Not sure if they still do but they use to sell this salsa that was HOT and DELICIOUS. It is hard to make this combo for a salsa but somehow they made it happen. Owner even made some speciao KETO(cheese tortilla) tacos for my wife and I.

These are some of the BEST tacos and burritos we have ever had! The Al pastor is the absolute best! We love going here! We are there at least once a week! Everything is good! Try it all once but the Al pastor and shrimp are freaking amazing. Plus the service is top notch! The waitress is absolutely amazing and super kind and helpful! We love catching up with her and picking her brain about what to try next. The cooks are super nice and will you can tell they cook with passion! Love this place!

The El Asadero taco grill was a very welcoming and comfortable place to eat. The employees there were very friendly and very patient with us being that this was our first time there. He explained everything in full detail of each foods that we asked him about. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Mexican food!

save your time and money! I would rather drive all the way to Tijuana to get better food and service. I request Tijuana style taco to only receive plain tacos with just cilantro. I was then told guacamole was extra, paid two dollars to then be told I would only get it served on the side. I specifically asked for the taco to be wrapped and served with guacamole, because I came to experience a Tijuana style taco. To only receive waitresses attitude and a taco with guacamole slapped on it to the point the food wasn’t even appetizing anymore. Paid over $100 to receive horrible service. My family wasn’t done enjoying their meal when all the salsa lemons and pepinos were put away. don’t run a family business or work in fast food restaurants if you can’t provide a full welcoming service. Business in Bakersfield thrive by word of mouth.

Seen this place on bakoeats on Instagram was really excited about trying. It moved here from LA about a year ago and haven’t been able to find a good spot for tacos. The birria was not good. NO FLAVOR. He mentioned the birria ramen as one of the best things to try there and it was not good at all. He had no flavor whatsoever. The shrimp tacos on the other hand were amazing. I would definitely get those again and recommend those. The conchanita tacos had so much flavor but the blue corn tortilla was so thick and it just completely fell apart. We also got birriaqueso tacos and that had no flavor either. It also had a piece of metal in it like a string from the grill that gets cleaned but I’m not too sure. Maybe a piece of foil. Not sure if I would go back. It was definitely overpriced. It came out to $50 for one ramen and seven tacos.
