Sauce!! Where’s the sauce? My teenage son gets pizza here quite often since we moved here from PA. Last night (7/19/23) however he ordered 3 pizzas where 2 of them were the usual but the 3rd was to have pepperoni on all but banana peppers on HALF, which was the 1st thing wrong. Now, last time I looked 98% of pizzas have (red) sauce on them, right? Nope. We didn’t order a white pizza or a cheese no sauce pizza. We received a cheesy BREAD with peppers& pepperoni on all of it. I’m the only one that eats peppers and can generally only eat 2-3 slices of pizza, my son was planning on eating the rest. Since this was more of a bread, I could only eat a couple bites. It was around 7:30 when order was placed & even if it was closer to 9pm the order should’ve been correct. Really disappointing.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap. Doesn’t really taste that good. They have a 94-A rating posted on the wall. That seems odd since the place is extremely dirty. Overstock soda stacked by trash can. The counter had tape on it holding the tile together. Ceiling has water damage above food. None of the workers wear hair nets, they are always on there phone and scratching their arms and then go prepare a pizza. I never see an adult at any Riverside location. Owners run the stores via camera. Who is the health inspector that gave them an A. Everyone should research the certificate on wall.

Bought a family Special 24.99. Pizza was ok. Salad was bad, lettuce was rotten. I had to ask for to replace the salad. They did but it was OK. Bread stick wasn’t cooked.

Placed order online through doordash and there was no option for thin crust. Called right away after ordering and they refused to make it on thin crust. The man who I spoke with hung up and was very abrupt.

I go to this pizza place because it is right next to my house, and although their pizza is generally good for a fast-food-style pizza place,, a recent experience was not. The young lady working the register was immediately rude and short with me, acting like she was relatively upset just to have to serve me. She also didn’t make eye contact. I ordered some pizzas, paid for them, and then she rudely told me I would have to wait. I couldn’t help but notice the rack of pizzas in the heater behind her; I guess those are for pre-orders? My order would have been something they should have already prepared at dinner time. They were not custom pizzas, and this place’s business model is similar to Little Caesar’s, where they mostly sell pizzas ready-go-go. Due to this rudeness and wait that I wasn’t told about in advance, I asked for a refund and left. Take it for what it’s worth. I won’t be back.

Rating is due to customer service. Ordered the lunch special that is advertised on front window. $4 lunch deal 8″1 topping and & 20 oz drink. I asked did it changed cause we were just there a few days ago. I had exact change.

I arrived at this location where they’re supposed to close at 9pm to find them closed no telling how early, but it was 8pm. No sign indicating they’re closed early. No sign but the kitchen is visible to where I can see an old lady, and young girl with braids in the back making pizza I’m guessing for themselves?? Lol. Unprofessional
