To say I’m disappointed with the management is an understatement. I first contacted this store because my daughter was having a graduation party for her school and I was put in charge of getting pizza for the children in all of her grade. I first spoke with a manager and explained the party was early so i would either need 5 or 6 pizzas when they open at 10:30 a.m or I would need to get them the night before and just heat them up the next day. She told me that didn’t seem like a problem and even her boss the General Manger may be more accommodating and even open a little early for such a large order for a school. Well she said she would have the General Manager contact me back within 15 minutes…..NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER. I then waited about 2 days before contacting the store again which I spoke with the General Manager who was extremely RUDE and barely let me explain the situation before she told me she would not be opening her store early and she would not fill such order until 11 a.m. I then asked if I would just pick it up the evening before and it was an immediate NO from her! She was extremely rude as I said and was of no help what so ever.

I had medium pepperoni and peppers pizza. It was burnt and greasy. Horrible. The loaded tots were the same. Burnt and greasy. Worst takeout food I have ever had. I was really disappointed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The manager, I believe she said her name was celina, was extremely rude towards me regarding my order. She had an attitude when answering the phone and when I asked her if she delivered to my address she said that I needed to gps it and figure it out. When I asked to speak with someone above her she informed me that she was the highest manger. I decided to go pick up my order but canceled it when I arrived because she was throwing things around and the person up front said that it was a normal thing. Do better dominos. It’s disgusting that she is allowed to continue to be employed there.

Nothing has changed evidently!! Went here last week for a quick meal. Placed order online which estimated time was almost equivalent to how long it would take me to get there. Upon arrival, 3 people were standing there just talking. I told them the name I had placed the order under but they said they had no ticket under that name. The girl that was making the pizzas walked over to another machine, grabbed a ticket and said oh here it is! She went right back to the prep area and started making a pizza, all while wiping her nose with her arm. Both of these actions warranted a hand washing, but never did she was her hands. When she started making the pizza I asked if it was mine and she said yes! I asked how long it would be now and she said about 8 min. Well the board that tells you your estimated time said 1-5 min. I politely asked them to cancel my order bc I was in a hurry and they get mad at me saying they will not fill another order of mine unless I come into the store first! Well here’s to that…if you would’ve made my pizza instead of standing there talking, none of this would have happened! Just know that I can always order under another name bc there is a way around everything BUT I will choose not to mainly bc of your poor customer service and your low A (93.0) grade of which you prob got a B but earned points some other way!

I ordered lunch from Domino’s today because things were busy at work and I would not have have time to leave. I had the over roasted habanero sandwich and the new cinnamon knots with apple dipping sauce. My sandwich was very tasty and fresh. The only issue with it was the sauce was mistakenly left off. It was still good regardless. The cinnamon knots were very good with the icing but not so good with the apple dipping sauce. I will still order again.

Came in today to place an order for wings, and a new employee assisted me, he was very nice and made sure my order was accurate! He then proceeds to the back to inform the manager Cierra, that there was an order placed. The young lady Cierra comes out from the office on her cell phone and hangs it up and then proceeds to run her fingers thru her hair and pull it back, after she does this she then walks over to the food preparation area, grabs an oven pan, places a cooking sheet on it, and then sticks her dirty hands in the storage tote where they keep the fresh uncooked refrigerated wings, she grabs enough for my order places them on the pan & cooking sheet, then puts them in the oven I was like oooo NO, I informed her that she needed to wash her hands when preparing the order and she did but I’d already been disappointed by then, I DID NOT WANT THOSE WINGS!!! So I asked for a refund and the guy that he just walked in asked me if he could be of assistance his name was Jason, he was one of the stores other managers Jason was extremely nice & curteous he went to prepare me order he made sure it was accurate, it was quick, his hands were clean, and he was apologetic he went above & beyond to see to it that a customer was satisfied & as management that’s how it should be… Jason deserves his own store for sure!!!
