Blue’s BBQ is my food love. Ive had BBQ from up and down the Eastern Seaboard. From the biggest and so called best. To Bbq being sold out of a tent. As far Im concerned Blue’s is the best. Plenty of good/ great BBQ joints. Blue’s kills them all. Blue’s is clean, affordable, delicious and consistent . Everything on the menu is yummy . Forget Mission, Black Hog and any other Bbq in Frederick. Blue’s is the one and only. Enjoy!!!

A nice place, with food I’d agree is authentic, or at least someone who has eaten in the originating area would recognize. I did not expect a food truck in a parking lot, but it does seem to add to the ambience, and sense of authenticity. I gather the white building near the street is their storage area / prep kitchen. (It serves no customer facing purpose, other than street presence.)

WOW! My taste buds are rejoicing right now! Got the pulled pork sandwich with fries and everything was top notch. The portion size was incredible, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend.

The BBQ is excellent. The sandwiches are big and the hush puppies are excellent. It’s behind the buildings on the street, so it’d be easy to miss driving by.
