Pizza was quickly delivered, was only warm though and a lot of special seasoning on cheese sticks but still tasted good. The only real issue was the delivery. The gentleman was very nice however, pulled into senior living with music blaring. I realize it was dinner time but alo6t of the people in this community have sensitivity to noise and also get extremely upset about that sort of thing. Even though I knew the song and generally wouldn’t be an issue at my own home, I still felt it was very unprofessional and disrespectful to the tenants of this community. I only wanted to have a pizza with my grandfather not upset the neighbors upon my stay. Please consider having drivers turn the volume down when entering additions especially the senior living complexes. It scared my grandfather and another neighbor called and asked what was going on. Not to mention the office has expressed it being a concern for visitors of tenants so should go for delivery drivers as well.

I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in years. Dominoes had me in a chokehold, so it wasn’t anything personal. I decided to give them a try, give Domino’s a lil break. Why did I do that Jesus?! I ordered a box deal that comes with the pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The customer service was a whole 30/100. Sound like she was just having a bad day. This is why all this tipping before the service, has to stop! The pizza needed to finish cooking, the cheesey bread was tasteless(which is weird because they have the best cheese bread). Don’t get me started on those cinnamon sticks. They tasted like sticks from outside with cinnamon. That icing is a form of frozen sugar and water. I was so hungry for pizza and decided after all of these years to switch it up. Now I’m eating a bowl of cereal. Bellevue Pizza Hut needs to tighten up.

Food was good. Service was great. If you looking for an over priced pizza you have found your place. Pizza Hut has become very pricey in today’s market. Miss old pizza hut with sit down restaurant with beer, salad bar and great service. I understand their marketing but they miss the mark for me. Thanks you.

I ordered my food with UberEats. My wings were cold. I requested ranch dipping sauce for them. It was left out. The bread sticks were hard and crunchy, most likely left over from yesterday. The bread sticks were sent with garlic sauce, even though the menu says they will be served with marinara. And last (pictured) are these mini cinnamon rolls. They have always been a guilty pleasure. Not anymore!! They are hard and the icing is dried up. Less than impressed. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Horrible experience. Have used this location many times. I picking up my order the person asked me to make sure my pizza was what I ordered. I peeked and it was a cheese pizza. I had ordered a 3 topping pizza for 10.99. So they charged me for a 3 topping pizza. BUT the person just telling me that is what I ordered.The receipt said a tastemaker (3 toppings) and then said cheese, so I left with a pizza I had not ordered and was overcharged. Horrible customer service!!!!

I love this pizza hut, all the workers look like they’re having a blast. I got my order just in time, and it was amazing! Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my entire life. I hope anyone seeing this review that hasn’t eaten here before orders a pizza right after reading this, it is worth it.

Depending on what you order and when you order it you may get subpar preparation. I order wings a lot and sometimes there is barely enough sauce to shake ’em up and really get enough on all the wings. They also cut the pizza very skewed sometimes. I had pizzas cut where the slices on one side were tiny, almost like kid sized slices. Overall the staff generally makes you feel like you are noticed because you ordered food but I have never had anyone say anything much beyond the standard required communication.
