Refused to use my coupon which was valid just hadn’t been updated at this location. Paid ten bucks for what I should have gotten free

They keep messing up my order..staff is rude food is ok..I’m not sure if the repeatable mistakes are drive thru only but not impressed.

I’ve ordered from here probably 20 times in the last year. Didn’t have any issues until the last 3 months. The food is good, but there is always something missing. No utensils, no napkins or they don’t include the requested condiments. Now they don’t want to give sweet and sour cups only the little packets.

It was really good it was allot of food for the price. We were informed the dish we wanted would take a while and gave us the option to wait or choose another which I appreciate it. The food was hot and fresh and delicious.

I’d rather die of starvation before I give panda my money. Use to have good taste and decent quality but it has been sooooooooooooo bad last year or so. I might as well cook my dog and eat him with flavorless rice or dry chow mein
