I purchased the new $20 Fill Up variety box and was highly disappointed with the 12 chicken nuggets in the box. I normally check my food purchases before leaving but didn’t THIS TIME!! Out of the 12 nuggets only 4 were nuggets as shown on the picture/commercial!I The other 8 were old, hard, and cold!! The best way to explain the non-nuggets is when you fry chicken and in the bottom of the skillet you have cooked crust residue from the chicken batter! I threw those away and kept the rest. You can tell when nuggets are OLD. Look at the color and the texture (if it is dry and hard to chew). I would have rated the food 5 stars ⭐ but this KFC didn’t come through on the nuggets!! The young man who placed those nuggets in the box knew they were old because he put 4 new ones in the mix thinking the customer won’t notice. NOT ME!! He got me because I didn’t check my order until I got home which was 8 nuggets too late!!!! However, overall the staff was pleasant and the rest of the food was good and fresh!! TIP to the managers in the food industry, don’t overcook food and when it gets old, pass it on to the customers because you don’t want to “throw” it away at that point. You’re going to trash it aways, so serve/provide fresh food to your customers!They’ll give you great ratings and tell others about your establishment!! TIP to the customers, always check your orders before you leave!!

Absolutely my most favorite food that’s fast. Mashed potatoes, gravy (pop eyes is good to mix with kfc) , Mac n cheese and that extra crispy fried chicken makes my mouth water just typing this comment. I can’t say enough positive words but you have to try KFC today if you’ve not already.

10/7/18 = 5 star = We got here before they open , we waited because she’s not ready , but good thing is she offered us free fountain drinks because off the wait , So far i got good service frim them, hopefully they don’t change , we still keep coming in this store , we visit here before and had no issue .

Their bowls are great. Only thing is the drive threw person taking my order of 2 bowls and a popcorn chicken meal could not get it right. And then the kid at the window, who was not the one taking my order was rude. I guess kids are just rude now a days.

Horrible service. Cold food.i spent $30.00and they wanted to charge me .50cents for 1 extra BBQ sauce. They only gave me one with my family meal. The lady said “only one sauce per meal!” I just spent over thirty dollars I should get at least 4.
